We have some great Veritas logo items for sale at the Veritas School office.

For your convenience, you may purchase these items with a credit card using the following form, then pick up the items in the school office.  Please bring along your receipt for confirmation. If items are in stock, but not readily available, staff will fulfill your order as soon as possible within 7 days.

Delivery Option:  If you need the items mailed to you, please select from the Delivery Options on the form below. Your order will be mailed to your credit card mailing address. (Allow two weeks for delivery.)

Back Order: If item sizes or colors are out of stock, you will be given a choice to substitute for another item or wait for the back order to be fulfilled.

Refunds: We are unable to offer refunds for purchased made through the website, though you may exchange new items in the office.
